All orders placed before 3:00 PM (CEST) will be despatched the same day. Those sent later than 3:00 PM (CEST) will be shipped the next day.
Below information conclude our standard shipping times, however it may vary depending on the exact country. View your cart section to select your exact shipping service.
Denmark: PostNord (1-2 working days)
Denmark: GLS (1 working day)
Europe: PostNord (2-3 working days)
Europe: GLS (2-5 working days)
Rest of the world: PostNord (5-15 working days)
The displayed prices are inclusive of VAT, but exclusive of import tax. We can unfortunately not let you know pre-emptively what customs charges may apply to your order.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, where you will be able to choose between different options.
We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start your return, please contact us via the contact form or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your request gets accepted, you will receive a return shipping label along with instructions on where and how to send your package.
We will not accept any items sent back to us if the return request is not accepted.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as fragrances & non-profit products. Kindly reach out to us if you have any questions regarding your item.
The fastest way for you to exchange an item is to request your return, and once it’s accepted make a new purchase for your wished item.
We will reach out to you once the item is received and we have inspected your return. In case the return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank / credit card company to process and have you receive the refund.
